Feature update - October 2025

Our latest production release includes several new and improved features. Notably,  introducing waitlist functionality, a new female hormones health category, an improved questionnaire format, easier access to attachments for clients, and more flexible handling of mandatory inputs.

Wait lists

We’re introducing a new waitlist feature to enhance appointment management. This feature aims to help you maximise utilisation by quickly filling cancelled appointments, capturing demand for future planning, and notifying clients when a slot becomes available.

We will be launching this feature after our upcoming waitlist webinar. Watch out for details coming soon!

Female hormones

We are excited to release a new female hormone health category. Due to variation in how laboratories manage hormonal reference ranges, it is necessary for Full Health to validate the use of this health category with how your integrated lab returns female hormone results.

Please get in touch with our support team if you are interested in including female hormones in any of your products - support@fullhealthmedical.com

Mandatory inputs

Unavailable mandatory inputs will no longer prevent a medical from being submitted for review. Providers can submit a medical even if some inputs are missing. Once the highlighted missing results are acknowledged, the report will be generated and health categories with missing mandatory data will be flagged as having no interpretation.

This eliminates the need to deselect health categories with longer result turnaround times from a medical.

Questionnaires

While we’re a digital-first service, we understand that some clients prefer or require non-digital options.

To enhance the non-digital experience, we’ve made some formatting improvements to printable questionnaires.
You can now print a client’s questionnaire directly from the medical page, the schedule view, or access a blank version from the product page.

Attachments

Attachments are now displayed within the corresponding health categories of a client's report, providing easier access to supporting information.
