Feature update - June 2025

Our latest production release features an updated client profile page, including a new look, the option to document allergy information, enhanced medication visibility, and an expanded ability to add notes.
These new sections will also be accessible from the medical page very soon!
 

Allergy information

Client allergy information can be gathered in several ways: through pre-assessment questionnaires, updates made by clients in their online accounts, and entries or edits made by providers. All data is centrally stored in the new Allergies section of each client’s profile page.

To collect allergy information via pre-assessment questionnaires, select 'Requires client’s allergies' in the Processing options when configuring or updating a product. If a client has documented allergies, an information icon will be displayed next to their name on both the Schedule and Manage Medicals pages.

Medication details

Providers can now view, enter and edit client medications in the new Medications section of each client’s profile page. 

Clients can also update their medication details in their online account.

To collect medication details via pre-assessment questionnaires, select 'Requires client’s medications' in the Processing options when configuring or updating a product.

Client notes

The addition of a notes section to the client profile provides the flexibility to record key administrative and clinical information, as well as track interactions. 

Notes marked as important will display an information icon next to the client’s name on the Schedule and the Manage medicals page.
