Our latest production release includes enhanced tooling for deletion request management and the introduction of auto-generated payment receipts.
 

Account deletion requests

We’ve introduced additional functionality to streamline the management of account deletion requests. If a request is declined, you can effortlessly send an email directly from the application, clearly explaining the reasons for the decision.

 

Auto-generated payment receipts

Now, whenever a client makes a payment, an insurance-compliant receipt is automatically generated and emailed to them. They can also download a copy directly from their online account whenever needed.
