Feature update - April 2024

In our latest update, we have enhanced our full blood count module, redesigned our contract management interface with a fresh and modern appearance, updated a number of administration features, and introduced automatic saving for client questionnaires.
 

Full blood count update

Based on valuable feedback from our clients, we have identified a common occurrence of missing platelet results due to platelet clumping. In response, we have enhanced our FBC module to address this scenario. Now, platelet results are no longer mandatory, and in cases where they are not provided, the report will include an explanation stating the unavailability of the result.

Contract management

As part of our ongoing development efforts, we are excited to announce the launch of our upgraded contract management user interface in the initial phase of this project.

Our next milestone involves creating tools to enhance the management of contracts for corporate clients.


Email notifications

 

Introducing a new feature: notification logs now available on client profiles!

Check out the notification history on a client's profile page by visiting the notifications tab.

 

Client emails

With cluttered email inboxes, important messages can often be overlooked!

Our system email notifications have been updated to display a sender name that aligns with your company name.

Rescheduled tag

Need to keep track of clients who have rescheduled appointments?

A system generated rescheduled tag will now be applied to medicals that are associated with a rescheduled appointment. Additionally, all system generated tags are now included in appointment CSV downloads for your convenience.

Questionnaire auto save

In the initial phase of implementation, auto save has been introduced to client questionnaires. Information will be safely stored as clients move on to the next data entry field and they will simply need to hit Submit once all questions are answered.
