Full Health Medical is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and with respect for human rights. We recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in global supply chains and take active steps to prevent them in our operations. This statement outlines our approach to safeguarding fair labour practices, protecting worker rights, and ensuring transparency across our business and supplier relationships.

Scope
This statement applies to all Full Health Medical employees, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders. It sets out our approach to labour standards, human rights, anti-slavery, and ethical conduct across our operations and supply chain.

1. Anti-Bribery Compliance

Full Health Medical employees, contractors, and stakeholders shall:

  • Comply with all applicable anti-bribery laws.

  • Not commit any act or omission that could cause Full Health Medical or its customers to breach or commit an offence under such laws.

  • Promptly report any request or demand for an undue financial or other advantage received in connection with business operations.

  • Immediately notify the company in writing if a foreign public official becomes an officer or employee of Full Health Medical or acquires a direct or indirect interest in the company.

2. Anti-Slavery & Human Rights Protection

Full Health Medical is committed to identifying and mitigating the risks of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour across its business and supply chains. We will:

  • Comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human rights laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • Conduct due diligence on third parties providing labour to ensure they do not engage in modern slavery practices.

  • Require suppliers to uphold minimum labour standards, including the prohibition of child labour, forced labour, and exploitative conditions.

  • Provide reasonable assistance to customers in meeting their own anti-slavery and supply chain obligations.

  • Include modern slavery compliance clauses in relevant supplier agreements.

3. Supplier Due Diligence and Monitoring

  • We assess human rights and modern slavery risks within our supply chain.

  • Suppliers must adhere to standards covering fair wages, lawful working hours, and safe working conditions.

  • We may conduct assessments or request evidence of compliance from suppliers.

  • Suppliers failing to meet our standards may face corrective action or termination of relationship.

4. Worker Rights and Fair Employment Practices

Full Health Medical is committed to fair and ethical treatment of all workers. We ensure that:

  • Working hours comply with national laws and international labour standards.

  • All employees are entitled to at least one day off in every seven-day period.

  • Written terms and conditions of employment are provided before work begins.

  • Recruitment fees are not charged to employees (except for personal visa expenses if applicable).

  • Identity documents are never withheld as a condition of employment.

  • No child labour is used in our operations or supply chain.

  • Workers’ rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining are respected.

5. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

  • We monitor working conditions through checks, feedback, and policy reviews.

  • We maintain processes to identify, prevent, and respond to risks of modern slavery or human rights abuses.

  • This policy is reviewed annually and updated in line with legal and ethical developments.
