What is a health assessment?
It’s a thorough evaluation of your overall health and wellbeing. It can help to identify any risk factors and then allow you to put in place a plan to best prevent health issues which may arise in future.
Our Advanced Health Assessment includes:
- Blood pressure, BMI and waist circumference
- Cardiovascular risk assessment and electrocardiogram
- Cancer awareness
- A comprehensive panel of blood tests, including screening for kidney disease, liver issues and diabetes
- Prostate blood test (screening for men above 45 yrs)
- Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) to screen for bowel cancer (optional)

Book
Book your appointment online. Access your online account to complete your pre-assessment questionnaire.
Attend
Attend the surgery for your appointment. Your physical evaluation and blood test will be conducted by our nurse.

5 days later, access your detailed and personalised report online. Follow our doctor's recommended next steps.
